The Manufacturing Automation Research
Laboratory is the most technologically advanced automation classroom/laboratory
in Minnesota. It offers hands-on interaction with leading machine control
technology for students enrolled in the Center for Automation and Motion
Control as well as for employees of our industry partners.
Research is being conducted into the practical application
of industrial networking, digital motion control, and ways to leverage
the Internet for remote monitoring and management of complex machines. |
