MAS-200 MAS-200 is a modular training system which emulates a real industrial assembly process, including the automation technologies used in modern industry. The complete system is composed of five process stations. In four of them, the different components of the final assembly are added: aluminum body, bearing, shaft, and cover. The fifth station is placed among the others and it allows the transfer and positioning of the parts by means of electropneumatic manipulators and an index table. |

This educational unit consists of a feeder that stores pieces, of the type known as a “slabbing” or gravity feeder. They seem to be stored on top of each other, in such a way that when the one at the bottom is fed the rest fall under their own weight. The base-extraction operation is carried out with a pneumatic cylinder, impelling a pusher, suitably shaped for the base profile, to the piece's verification area, so as to check that its position is true: if it is not, it is rejected by a discharge cylinder. | |

This is an educational unit consisting of a two-shafted Cartesian manipulating device, which moves a piece (a cap) from one position to another, holding it by means of a set of three vacuum pads. |

This is an educational unit consisting of a rotary manipulating device equipped with a gripper that moves a piece (a bearing) from one position to another, holding it with an inner gripper. |

| MAP-204 - Shaft Station | ||

This is an educational unit consisting of a rotary-linear manipulating device equipped with a gripper that moves a piece (a shaft) from one position to another, holding it by means of an outer gripper. |
